Important Information

Registration Details

Paper Length

Every accepted paper may contain up to six (6) pages in the final manuscript. A maximum of two additional pages may be permitted subject to the applicable additional-page charges.

Author Registration

At least one author of every accepted paper must register under the appropriate author category and present the paper in person for inclusion in the conference proceedings and subsequent submission to IEEE Xplore®, subject to IEEE publication requirements.

Paper Coverage

Each author registration will normally cover one accepted paper. The policy and applicable fee for an additional paper will be announced with the final registration guidelines.

Additional Pages

Charges for additional pages, up to the permitted maximum, will be announced with the approved IEEE-GCON 2027 registration fee structure.

Multiple Authors

If more than one author of an accepted paper wishes to attend the conference, each attending author must complete a separate registration under the applicable category.

IEEE Membership

Participants registering under an IEEE member category will be required to provide valid IEEE membership details during registration.

Student Registration

Participants registering under a student category will be required to provide a valid student identity card or other acceptable proof of current student status.

Payment Records

Registrants should retain payment transaction IDs, registration confirmation details, receipts, and other relevant payment records for future reference.

Payment and Registration Information

  1. Applicable taxes, payment-gateway charges, transaction charges, or other statutory levies, if any, will be communicated with the final registration fee structure.
  2. Participants should make payments only through the official registration and payment links published on the IEEE-GCON 2027 website.
  3. Participants registering under the IEEE member category should keep their valid IEEE membership details ready.
  4. Students registering under a student category should keep valid proof of student status ready for verification.
  5. Registrants are advised to retain copies of payment receipts, transaction IDs, and registration confirmation information.
  6. Registration-related correspondence for an accepted paper should include the relevant Paper ID and registration confirmation details.
IEEE Publication Requirement

No-Show Policy

Any accepted paper included in the final programme is expected to have at least one registered author attend the conference in person and present the paper.

A paper that is not presented at the conference may not be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, in accordance with the applicable IEEE no-show policy.
